Born on September 29th in Rio do Sul -SC-Brasil. She is Brazilian and Germany citizen.

PID ROsane has three sons: Pablo José,architect, Diego, lawyer, Carlo Ramon, marketing, all MJF,  four grandchildren Giulia, Heitor, both MJF, Arthur and Bernardo and three daughter in low – Karina, Ana Carla.

President of Fundação Catarinense de Educação Especial – FCEE which set rules for special education in the State of Santa Catarina.

Secretary and President of the APAE´s State Federation in Santa Catarina – 197 APAEs

Presently is in charge of the Iinternational Affairs of 2.000 APAEs all over Brazil.

Awarded the Congratulation Mention by the County Council of Jaraguá do Sul, by the Justice Department in 1998.

Honored by several cities in Santa Catarinha and in Paraná. Among other several honors, she has been awarded the State Title of Benefactress of the Year for six years.

Indicated as a century personality in 1999.

Also honored in Congress in Brasilia for her work in defense of the Rights of Diseable People.

Has participated in Lions since child. More than 45 years, Joined Lions Club of Jaranguá do Sul – Center as a Member in November, 1991
