     - Considering that productiveness is to invest in people and we need prioritize the concept of continuos improvement, the search incessant knowledge through
training and capacity to the formation of leaders;

     - Considering that success of the modern world is based on collective force, in teamwork. LIONS has in its organization, in its Clubs, this unbeatable tool and needs to be enabled with enthusiasm and determination to achieve better results;

     - Considering that we should always pursue growth through foundation of new clubs and increase number of associates with appropriate strategies and much creativity;

     - Considering that Leaders need exercise theirs real role of leaders. Inspiring, influencing people to act and engage them to the mission, so they will be the best to the organization;

     - Considering that LIONS also nurture to human grow and develop, practice
social solidarity strengthen humanitarian service and serve the community;

     - Considering that SERVE is an act of Love and if we want a strong, modern
and competitive LIONS, we must walk together with partnerships that support
our work in pursuit commom objectives with very proud to belong to more efficient and largest organization of services the world;

     Call all leaders and managers of area 3 (Brazil, Latin America and Caribbean Islands), the whole lion and leo family, companions and tamer that they with very
