Guatemala receives the ID Rosane Vailatti
On March 5th, 6th and 7th, in the city of Santa Cruz Del Quiché it happened the Convention of the D-3 District, in a environment of harmony, enthusiasm and high mood. The ID Rosane Vailatti / Osmar, was received in the airport by the Governor of the District Leão Julián Achen - Marina.
In Guatemala, she participated of 2 LEO meetings, where she could give information and clarify about the cause. The Convention of the D-3 District has as a host the Lions Club of Santa Cruz Del Quiché, presided by the lion Alvaro Mendes, that celebrated the passage of its 50 years of Foundation, a historic event, very well programmed and partied. On March 5th, the International Director Rosane participated of the 4th meeting of the District Council and in the evening of the Opening of the Convention, where she left her message of optimism and faith of LIONS. On March 6th, she took the breakfast with the Former-Governors, where she emphasized the great responsibility and the importance of the actuation of the leaders of yesterday in the success of the LIONS nowadays. After it, she talked about the greatness of the LIONS and the LCIF, presented a overview of the moment that we are living now, and what are the perspectives for tomorrow. She registered also the message of the IP Eberhard Wirfs, with his motto “Moving to Grow”, waiting to close the year with very expressive results. It was a wonderful meeting.
